A few years ago, we were in the same situation you might be in right now. We struggled to find options and became frustrated that the local, existing Vacation Rental Management companies.

The companies that we saw did not provide solutions that focused on technology assisted solutions, client services, and guest experience — so we decided to take the challenge on ourselves.

With backgrounds in entrepreneurship, development, and accounting/finance we have become obsessed with the guest experience. We emphasize and focus on communication and technology so that our end users receive the best result.

Founder + CEO

As Founder, CEO and a jack-of-all-trades, Joseph oversees all aspects of the company. He established Ayres Vacation Rentals to simplify the vacation home rental experience for owners while maintaining the ideal guest experience. This has continued to be our goal ever since!

Bill Boring

Property Manager

As Property Manager, Bill oversees all rental properties. He takes care of all daily operations including maintenance, finances, marketing and overall well-being of the properties. Because of Bill, our clients have peace of mind that their property is being taken care of.

Alyssa Dunnican

Operations Manager

When Alyssa’s not exploring nature, she’s here solving problems. She is consistently improving our processes, policies and strategies – and we couldn’t be more thankful! She maintains all our homes to allow you to have the most memorable and enjoyable stay. Say thanks to Alyssa!

Landscape Maintenance Supervisor

All maintenance and landscaping projects are headed by Jon! He prioritizes, delegates and completes projects to enhance our guests’ experiences. Our rental properties’ welcoming atmosphere is made possible through Jon’s hard work. We couldn’t do this without him!

Kristi Maples

Office Manager

As office manager, Kristi’s your contact for any booking or reservation related needs. She’ll have the inside scoop about happenings around town and our rentals. She’s passionate about serving others, making her your best resource to create the perfect getaway. Make sure to ask her for any recommendations – she’s a Gatlinburg native and knows all the best spots! We are so thankful to have her on our team!

1950s music lover Eric is our Business Development Manager. He ensures that Ayres Vacation Rentals is continuing to grow and become better. Eric brings a lot of experience to the table and is full of innovative ideas! We can’t wait to see what he’ll achieve!

Fernando has also been with the Company over a year, overseeing the Housekeeping and laundry and cleans for the company. Fernando has been with Master Corp which held the Housekeeping Contract for Wyndham Resorts as the Executive Housekeeper.
